129.06 DONATION OF UNCLAIMED PROPERTY.

The Chief of Police of North College Hill may donate property that is unclaimed for ninety days or more to one or more public agencies, to one or more nonprofit corporations, or to one or more nonprofit organizations who have further satisfied sections 501(c)(3) or (c)(19) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
