129.02 EMERGENCY AMBULANCE SERVICE FEES AND CHARGES.
   The fee schedule for emergency medical services shall be as follows:
      Basic Life Support (BLS)         $750
      Advanced Life Support, Level 1 (ALS1)   $900
      Advanced Life Support , Level 2 (ALS2)   $1050
      Mileage (BLS/ALS)            $15 (per loaded mile)
      ALS Treatment, No Transport      $150
