1155.04 PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES.

Accessory uses, buildings or structures customarily incidental to any above-mentioned principal permitted or conditional use shall be permitted in conjunction with such use including the following:

(a) Parking Facility: Parking garage or parking area subject to the provisions of Chapter 1177 and Section 1171.09.

(b) Recreational: Private swimming pools subject to the provisions of Chapter 1183.

(c) Home Occupation: As defined in Section 1121.31 provided that not more than one-fourth the area of one floor of the dwelling is devoted to such use.

(d) Signs: Signs are subject to the provisions of Chapter 1175.

(e) Temporary Buildings: For uses related to construction.

(f) Shed, Garage or Carport.
