There is hereby created in the office of the City Treasurer the position of Deputy City Treasurer who shall be appointed by the City Treasurer to hold such position at the pleasure of the City Treasurer. The Deputy City Treasurer shall perform such duties as provided by law and requested by the City Treasurer and shall be paid an annual salary therefor as determined by Council.
