“Use” means the purpose for which land or a building or structure is arranged, designed or intended, or for which either land or a building or structure is, or may be, occupied or maintained.
(a) “Use - first permitted in “X” District” means a use which in the sequence of successively less restricted districts occurs as a permitted use for the first time in the “X” District. (Ord. 1-1969. Passed 3-24-69.)
