1121.59 THOROUGHFARE PLAN.

“Thoroughfare plan” means the official plan of major streets, local collector streets and limited access highways adopted by the Planning Commission as part of the official Comprehensive Development Plan. (Ord. 1-1969. Passed 3-24-69.)
