“Street” means a public right-of-way fifty feet or more in width which provides a public means of access to abutting property, or any such right-of-way more than twenty feet and less than fifty feet in width provided it existed prior to the enactment of this Zoning Ordinance. The term “street” shall include avenue, drive, circle, road, parkway, boulevard, highway, thoroughfare or any other similar term.
