As used in this chapter:
(a) “De minimis violation” means any Fire Code violation which has no direct or immediate relationship to safety or health.
(b) “Fire Code” means the North College Hill Fire Code, as adopted in Chapter 1501
of the North College Hill Codified Ordinances.
(c) “Fire Code Official” means the North College Hill Fire Chief or any other designated authority charged with the administration and enforcement of the Fire Code.
(d) “Serious violation” means fire code violation that is described in 109.1.2 of the Ohio Fire Code, adopted by the City of North College Hill.
