(a) The fee for Commercial Rental Registration shall be payable upon submission of the Registration. The amount of the fee for registration shall be one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per property per year. All payments are due by January 30 of the calendar year in which the registration is submitted, or thirty days after transfer of ownership.
(b) The fee for Residential Rental Registration shall be payable upon submission of the Registration. The amount of the fee for the registration shall be one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per property per year. All payments are due January 30 of the calendar year in which the registration is submitted, or thirty days after transfer of ownership.
