SECTION 13.05 REPLACEMENT OF CANDIDATE UNABLE TO COMPLETE TERM.

A Municipal candidate elected in North College Hill but who is unable to complete one’s term of office for any reason shall be replaced by members of the election committee designated by the successful candidate on her/his petition for election that was filed with the County Board of Elections prior to the General Election. (Enacted 11-2-10)
