The boundary of the Fourth Ward shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows: beginning at the point of intersection of the center line of Hamilton Avenue and the northern corporate boundary line of the City; thence eastwardly, thence southerly, and thence westwardly along such corporate boundary line to the center line of Hamilton Avenue; thence northwardly along the center line of Hamilton Avenue to the northern corporate boundary line, the place of beginning.
