The boundary of the Third Ward shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows: beginning at the point of intersection of the center lines of Hamilton Avenue and Galbraith Road; thence westwardly along the center line of Galbraith Road to the center line of Betts Avenue; thence southwardly along the center line of Betts Avenue to the southern corporate boundary line of the City; thence eastwardly along such corporate boundary line to the center line of Hamilton Avenue; thence northwardly along the center line of Hamilton Avenue to the center line of Galbraith Road, the place of beginning.
