The boundary of the Second Ward shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows: beginning at the point of intersection of the center lines of Galbraith Road and Betts Avenue; thence westwardly along the center line of Galbraith Road to the western corporate boundary line of the City; thence southwardly and then eastwardly along such corporate boundary line until it intersects the center line of Betts Avenue, such point being south of Catalpa Drive; thence northwardly along the center line of Betts Avenue to the center line of Galbraith Road, the place of beginning.
