The boundary of the First Ward shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows: beginning at the point of intersection of the center lines of Hamilton Avenue and Galbraith Road; thence northwardly along the center line of Hamilton Avenue to the northern corporate boundary line of the City; thence westwardly and southerly along such northern corporate boundary line and the center line of Galbraith Road, such point being west of Pinoak Drive; thence eastwardly along the center line of Galbraith Road to the center line of Hamilton Avenue, the place of beginning.
