(a) The flag described below is adopted as the official flag of the City of North College Hill, Ohio.
(1) The flag consists of an emblem ringed in gold on a field of burgundy. In the emblem is displayed a view of the northern ridge of hills of Hamilton County with a background of the evening sky. In the sky the moon and north star is prevelant. Both the moon and north star derive their brightness because of the reflection of the sun just as North College Hill reflects the brightness of spirit.
(2) At the base of the hills is a triangular form, the legs of which are scarlet, blue and yellow with the latin words FIDELETAS (fellowship), COPULARE (co-operation), SOCIETAS (unity) inscribed respectfully. The triangular form represents a most rigid form, the one which best resists pressure from external sources. The strength of the triangle remains strong as long as each leg retains its' rigidity.
(3) At the bottom of the flag, the date 1941 represents the year North College Hill became a city. (Res. 16-1985. Passed 6-3-85.)
