Each application for a change of the regulations or reclassification of property, except those initiated by the Planning Commission or Council, shall be accompanied by a check payable to the Treasurer or a cash payment sufficient in the amount to cover the costs of publishing, posting and/or mailing notices of hearings, but in no event shall it be less than the fees set forth in the zoning fee schedule published by Hamilton County, attached hereto as Exhibit A and located at: http://www.hamiltoncountyohio.gov/UserFiles/Servers/Server_3788196/File/Government/Departments/Development%20Services/Applications%20and%20Forms/Zoning/2017Fees.pdf, as may be amended from time to time.
