(a) The Board of Zoning Appeals shall fix a reasonable time for the hearing of the application or appeal, give at least ten days notice in writing to the parties in interest, give notice of such public hearing by one publication in one or more newspapers of general circulation in the City at least ten days before the date of such hearing. At the hearing, any party may appear in person or by attorney.
(b) Each application or appeal shall be accompanied by a check, payable to the Treasurer or a cash payment sufficient in amount to cover the cost of publishing and mailing the notices of the hearing, but in no event shall it be less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00). (Ord. 16-1983. Passed 4-4-83.)
