1127.01 APPOINTMENT AND TERM.

A Board of Zoning Appeals is hereby created. Such Board shall consist of five members, to be appointed by the Mayor. One shall be appointed for one year;

one for two years; one for three years; one for four years; one for five years; and their successors for five years each. A member appointed to fill a vacancy shall serve for the unexpired term. (Ord. 1-1969. Passed 3-24- 69.)
