No fees shall be charged for an original Zoning Certificate of Certificate of Occupancy applied for with the application for a building permit, where such a permit is required and issued by the Building Commissioner. For all other Zoning Certificates or Certificates of Occupancy, there shall be a fee and the charge therefor shall be set forth in the Hamilton County Zoning Fee schedule, attached hereto as Exhibit A and located at: http://www.hamiltoncountyohio.gov/UserFiles/Servers/Server_3788196/File/Government/Departments/Development%20Services/Applications%20and%20Forms/Zoning/2017Fees.pdf, as may be amended from time to time.
