1123.04 VALIDITY.

This Zoning Ordinance and various parts, articles and sections thereof are hereby declared to be severable. If any article, section, subsection, paragraph, sentence or phrase of this Zoning Ordinance is adjudged unconstitutional, or invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this Zoning Ordinance shall not be affected thereby.
