1121.51 SEXUALLY ORIENTED BUSINESS.

"Sexually oriented business" shall mean a facility having a significant portion of its function catering towards adult entertainment which includes the facility types as defined in Section 2907.39 of the Ohio Revised Code. (Ord. 2-2013. Passed 7-1-13.)
