"Family" means a person living alone, or two or more persons living together as a single housekeeping unit, in a dwelling unit, as distinguished from a group occupying a rooming house, motel or hotel, fraternity or sorority house, however, not including more than four persons unrelated to each other by blood, marriage or legal adoption.
