1121.26 DWELLING.
   "Dwelling" means any building or portion thereof designed or used exclusively as the residence or sleeping place of one or more persons, but not including a tent, boarding or lodging house, hotel, motel or a mobile home.
   (a)    "Dwelling, one-family" means a building designed for or used exclusively for residence purposes by one family.
   (b)    "Dwelling, two-family" means a building designed for or used exclusively for residence purposes by two families living independently of each other.
   (c)    "Dwelling, multi-family" means a building or portion thereof designed for or used exclusively for residence purposes by three or more families living independently of each other.
