(a) The Rules and Regulations of the Regional Planning Commission, Hamilton County, Ohio, for the subdivision of land, adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Hamilton County, Ohio on June 27, 1973 are hereby adopted by reference, the same as if fully set forth herein, as the Rules and Regulations for the subdivision of land within the City of North College Hill. A copy of such Rules and Regulations is attached hereto.

(b) As used in such Rules and Regulations, the following designations shall have the meaning hereinafter set forth:
(1) "Regional Planning Commission" means North College Hill Planning Commission.
(2) "Board" or "Board of County Commissioners" means Council or Council of the City of North College Hill.
(3) "Hamilton County" means City of North College Hill.
