941.08 COUNCIL ACTION.

Council shall act upon such appeal within thirty days after such request for review is filed with any Council member. It shall be the duty of any Council member receiving such request for review to present such request to Council at its next regular meeting or special meeting called for such purpose. (Ord. 20-1959.
