941.07 EFFECTIVE DATE OF APPEALED REVOCATION.
Any holder of a building use permit whose permit is revoked by the Mayor may appeal to Council for a review of such action. No such revocation shall be effective at a date earlier than thirty days after delivery of notice of such revocation to the chief executive officer of such permit holder, if an organization, or to the person who signed the application if the permit holder is not an organization. If during such thirty-day period the permit holder files with any member of Council a written request for review of such action, the effective date of such revocation shall be further stayed until Council shall have acted upon such appeal.
