Organizations and the members thereof in accepting the privileges and benefits conferred by this chapter agree to leave the building in as good condition as they found it, to compensate the City for any physical damage done by them to the property and to indemnify and save harmless the City from any claims arising by virtue of such use of the building. It is specifically understood, and all persons making such use of the building agree, that the City shall not be liable to any person who is injured, from whatever cause, while in the building for such purpose.
