Applications shall be made to the Mayor in such form as he shall prescribe and may be for a single date or for regular periodic dates. Applications shall be signed by the chief executive officer of the organization which desires to use a portion of the Municipal Building and shall specify the portion of the building to be used and the dates or days and hours of use.
