903.06 RESPONSIBILITY OF ABUTTING OWNERS.

The owner or owners of any land in the City which abuts a public street shall be jointly and severally responsible for keeping the sidewalk abutting such property in repair and free from nuisance, or to construct such sidewalks, if none exist, upon proper notification as provided by law.
