903.02 PERMIT FOR CONSTRUCTION OR REPAIR.

No person shall construct, lay or repair a sidewalk or driveway across a sidewalk on any public street in the City without first securing from the Director of Public Service a permit to do so. (Ord. 16-1957. Passed 8-26-57.)
