735.03 PERMIT COSTS.

   The cost for garage, yard or estate sale permits shall be:

   (a)    Nothing for the first permit;

   (b)    Five dollars ($5.00) for the second permit;

   (c)    Ten dollars ($10.00) for the third permit;

   (d)    Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for the fourth permit; and

   (e)    Fifty dollars ($50.00) for the fifth and succeeding permits during a single calendar year, January 1 through December 31.
