(a) Each person holding a garage, yard, estate or other such sale at person's residence shall apply for a permit for such sale at City Hall.
(b) One permit only shall not be sufficient to cover a sale described as a neighborhood, street or like sale. Each separate residence taking part in such sale shall apply for a separate permit.
(c) Only six permits shall be issued to any individual or residence per calendar year.
(d) The person taking out the permit must be resident of address where the yard sale is taking place.
