No public vehicle shall be operated unless the owner thereof has filed a schedule of rates with the Director of Public Safety not less than thirty days prior to their effective date. No person shall charge any rate which varies or differs in any respect from such schedule of rates. (Ord. 5-1972. Passed 2-14-72.)
