The extent of the liability of the insurer shall be as to any licensed public vehicle the minimum amount as prescribed by Ohio R.C. 4509.51 which is in the sum of twelve thousand five hundred dollars ($12,500) on account of injury to or death of any one person in any one accident, and twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) on account of any one accident resulting in injury to or death of more than one person, and seven thousand five hundred dollars ($7,500) on account of damage to property in any one accident.
