All pinball machines and the premises wherein they are maintained, exhibited or displayed shall be open to inspection by the police at all times. The failure of any distributor or exhibitor to comply with any provisions of this chapter shall cause the Director of Public Safety to revoke the license or licenses of any and all pinball machines owned, operated, maintained, exhibited, leased, rented or displayed by the violator of such provision.
