715.09 APPROVAL REQUIRED TO MOVE MACHINE.
   No person shall remove a pinball machine from one premises to another unless such move is approved by the Director of Public Safety in writing and such approval is duly noted on the license on such machine. (Ord. 29-1948. Passed 6-2-48.)
