No license shall be issued for any pinball machine which is so constructed as to make possible, either directly or by the use of an adjustment or alteration, the return of cash, tickets, discs or other tokens or certificates of any kind to a player operating same; whether or not such tokens have any value or authorize further playing or other privileges. Only machines operated exclusively for amusement purposes provided by the operation thereof shall be licensed. (Ord. 29- 1948. Passed 6-2-48.)
