Applications for distributor’s licenses shall be made to the Director of Public Safety on forms provided by him and all information requested on such forms shall be carefully and accurately written thereon. If the Director of Public Safety is satisfied that the applicant has complied with all of the provisions of this chapter and other City ordinances, and is otherwise eligible to receive such license, he shall issue a license upon payment of the license fee.
The license shall accurately identify the pinball machine for which it is issued and shall specify the exact location in which the machine is to be exhibited or maintained.
Each license shall be attached to the machine for which it is issued so as to be in plain view of the persons playing the machine. (Ord. 29-1948. Passed 6-2-48.)
