Each distributor of one or more pinball machines in the City shall pay an annual license fee of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for each pinball machine maintained, possessed, operated, displayed or exhibited in the City, in which such distributor has any interest or over which such distributor exercises or has authority to exercise any control whatsoever. The license fee shall be paid for each calendar year or part of a calendar year in which a pinball machine is maintained, possessed, operated, displayed or exhibited as described herein.
