EDITOR’S NOTE: Council by Ordinance 7-1980, passed March 3, 1980, has granted to Warner Cable Corporation a nonexclusive franchise for fifteen years to construct, operate and maintain a cable television system in North College Hill. The terms and conditions of the franchise and the payment to the City for the privilege are provided for and regulated in Ordinance 7- 1980. Ordinance 13-1994, passed October 3, 1994, grants to Warner Cable Corporation a nonexclusive franchise for another fifteen years to construct, operate and maintain a cable television system in the City.
