703.09 INVESTIGATION BY SAFETY DIRECTOR.
   It shall be the primary responsibility of the licensee hereunder to assure compliance with the provisions of this chapter. Upon complaint that any of the provisions of this chapter are being violated, the Director of Public Safety may conduct a hearing with the licensee and the complainant and if he finds such complaint to be well taken, to caution and admonish the licensee. If during any twelve-month period, any three complaints are found to be well taken, the Director of Public Safety shall report such fact to the Mayor and the Mayor shall forthwith revoke the license. The procedure established herein is in addition to and not in place of any other penalties provided. (Ord. 13-1964. Passed 5-25-64.)
