703.06 FINDING OF FITNESS.

No license shall be issued, granted or renewed unless the Chief of Police shall first make a finding in writing that the issuance of such license will not be derogatory to the public health, safety or morals within the City. (Ord. 7E. Passed 3-8-40.)
