703.05 INELIGIBILITY FOR LICENSE; REVOCATION.
   No person shall receive a license who is not a citizen of the United States, nor shall any license be issued to any person who has been convicted under the Federal laws, the laws of the State of Ohio or the ordinances of the City involving moral turpitude. If at any time it shall be made to appear to the satisfaction of the Mayor that any licensed person or his agent or employee has violated any of the provisions of this chapter, or if such licensed person shall be convicted of any violation of Federal laws, the laws of the State or the ordinances of the City involving moral turpitude, or if such licensed person shall permit, suffer, tolerate or allow his agent or employee to violate any such laws, then the Mayor shall revoke such license, and the licensed person shall cease to have any authority thereunder.
