3-1-13: UNDERAGE PERSONS:
   A.   Sales To: It shall be unlawful for any licensee or agent or employee of such licensee to sell, give, or deliver alcoholic liquor to any person under the age of twenty one (21) years.
   B.   Employment: It shall be unlawful for any licensee or agent or employee of such licensee to engage, or employ, or permit anyone under the age of sixteen (16) years to work, entertain, or act as host or hostess in or upon the licensed premises while such premises are open for the sale at retail of alcoholic liquor.
   C.   Purchase By: It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of twenty one (21) years to purchase or obtain any alcoholic liquor in any tavern or other place in the Village where alcoholic liquor is sold.
   D.   Acceptance By, Possession Prohibited; Exceptions: It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of twenty one (21) years to accept a gift or have in his possession any alcoholic liquor. The possession and dispensing or consumption by a person under the permitted age under the direct supervision and approval of the parents or parent of such person under the permitted age in the privacy of a home is not prohibited by this chapter. The possession by a person under the age of twenty one (21) years making a delivery of an alcoholic beverage in pursuance of the order of his parent or in pursuance of his employment is not prohibited by this chapter.
   E.   Responsibility Of Property Owner/Occupant: It shall be unlawful for any owner or occupant of any property located within the Village to knowingly allow any person under the age of twenty one (21) years to remain on such property while in the possession of alcoholic liquor or while consuming alcoholic liquor in violation of the provisions of this section.
