The license fee for a Class “A” liquor license shall be two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) and the license fee for a Class "AC" liquor license shall be two thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($2,250.00) per annum, payable at the time application is made to the local liquor control commissioner. The licenses shall expire on April 30 following the date of issuance; provided, however, that the license fee for any application for the period after November 1 and before April 30 shall be fifty percent (50%) of the annual fee.
