The Commission shall meet monthly, on the first Tuesday of each month. Special meetings of the Commission may be called by the Chairperson or by any two (2) members of the Commission.
The Commission shall hold public meetings, and where appropriate, public hearings, on issues related to Title 4 - Public Health and Sanitation and Title 5 - Environmental Concerns of the Village Code or at the direction of the Village President and Board of Trustees.
The presence of a majority of the Commission members then in office shall be necessary to constitute a quorum to transact any Commission business at any regular or special meeting of the Commission. (Ord. 2020-06, 5-20-2020)
