2-4-4: MEETINGS:
The Parks and Recreation Commission shall meet at the call of the Chair or any two (2) members or as requested by the President and Board of Trustees. However, the commission shall meet at least quarterly during a calendar year. All meetings shall be open to the public and shall comply with State Statutes, and written records shall be kept by the commission. (1977 Code § 3-5-6; amd. 2004 Code)
