2-4-1: COMMISSION CREATED; MEMBERS; APPOINTMENT:
There is established a Commission on Parks and Recreation for the Village. The commission shall consist of seven (7) members including the Chair. The Chair and the members shall be appointed by the President, with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees. (1977 Code §§ 3-5-1, 3-5-2; amd. 2004 Code)
