A. Regular Meetings: The Plan Commission shall meet on a monthly basis with meetings to be scheduled to occur prior to the meeting of the Village Board.
B. Special Meetings: Special meetings may be called by the Village President, the chair, or by two (2) members of the Commission. (1977 Code § 3-2-6; amd. 2004 Code)
C. Open Meetings: All meetings of the Plan Commission shall be open to the public unless otherwise excepted by law and in all respects shall comply with state statutes. (2004 Code)
