A. Officers: The President, with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees, shall designate the chair and vice chair. The President, with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees, also may appoint a secretary who need not be a member of the Commission. (1977 Code § 3-2-2; amd. 2004 Code)
B. Rules Of Procedure: The Plan Commission may adopt rules regulating the procedure of all meetings of the Plan Commission. Such rules shall be filed in the office of the Village Clerk and may be amended at any meetings, such rules to be effective upon filing in the office of the Village Clerk. (1977 Code § 3-2-8)
